    Selling your house depends on its condition. For example if it is unsold from a long time, then it can make a bad impression on the customers such as they might think that there is something wrong with the property. However, if this is your condition then I believe you need a homebuyer company instead of real estate investor. Because they usually require more time in finding a good customer but a homebuyer company doesn’t waste time, they are always ready to offer good price to such properties.

      Thanks for the comment Seth. An Investor (Like ourselves) is always ready to buy a property for cash or creative terms as long as the numbers work and the buyer and seller can agree. There is no wasted time.

    This sounds great! But from the personal stories of coworkers and family, it seems that this is not always the case in the real state business.
